ATTENDEES

It’s free to walk the trade show and visit the exhibitors. However, there is a fee if you would like to attend the conference sessions.
You have full access to both days of conference sessions, trade show, and social mixers.
Tanks 101 has a separate fee for its course starting at $350.
Lunch is not provided. The Woodlands Waterway Hotel will have their restaurant open. Plus, there’s several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
Everyone is invited to attend the Welcome Reception on December 5th at 7:30pm and the Network Mixer on the trade show floor on the 6th at 5pm.

EXHIBITORS

Yes, we have exhibit booths available. A 10x10 is $3,195 and a 10x20 is $6,390.
The floor plan gives you a view of the layout. Jim DeMartini, the Director, assigns the booth numbers. It’s a timely process. After you register for your booth, either he or Janelle will contact you regarding your location.
Setup is on December 5th from 8am-7pm and teardown is on the 7th at 12:30pm
Your booth comes with a 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Per 10x10 includes two exhibitor attendants, if you need more email janelle@nistm.org
Electricity can be purchased separately. After your booth number is assigned, you will receive an email from US Tradeshows with access information to the online exhibitor kit. The kit will contain information on shipping, rentals, electricity, etc.
The ballroom is already carpeted. You may purchase/rent carpet for cosmetic reasons.
